DIY // Easy Holiday Dried Orange Garland
Super easy DIY Dried Orange Garland to make your home smell delicious and add a touch of Holiday season to your home!

You'll need:
Oranges
Dental floss
Standard needle - the opening is big enough for dental floss
Sheet pan and parchment paper
Cooling rack
Paper towels
For a more rustic look, use jute twine. You'll need a yarn needle.
1 | Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F
2 | Meanwhile slice the oranges. Not too thick or too thin. You don't want them to fall apart or be too heavy either. Don't bake the ends of the oranges
3 | Line the sheet pan with parchment paper and place the orange slices. I pressed the tops with a paper towel just to dry them up a little before baking
4 | Leave the orange slices in the oven for about 3 to 3.5 hours, checking them every 30 minutes to prevent burning edges, although, it's ok if they burn a little
Enjoy the smell!
Once out of the oven, let them cool for about 40 minutes and start threading the oranges with the dental floss or jute twine, first from the back and then to the front of each slice. I only went through them once, but you can make a loop to make sure they stay in place too, either way works.
You just made a garland! Use the dried orange slices to make ornaments, or get creative and add cinnamon sticks and beads to the garland. Like these:
